PAYMENT
- Accepted payment methods are Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayMe or Cheque.
- Course fees are non-refundable once the official receipt is issued.
LESSON BOOKING
- All lessons must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
- Lessons can be booked by contacting the Consultant or the AP Team directly.
- Availability of tutors and lesson times may vary and is subject to confirmation. Bookings cannot be made more than 2 months in advance.
ABSENCE
- Absence with an official doctor's certificate is eligible for make-up class(es). The certificate should be presented to the Ascent Prep Team within one day.
CANCELLATION BY THE STUDENT
- If a student wishes to cancel a lesson, they must provide a minimum notice of 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
- Cancellations must be made by contacting the center directly.
- Cancellations made within the 24-hour notice period will result in the student forfeiting their right to receive that lesson.

Afternoon session (2:00pm - 6:00pm) to close*
Issued or in force at 3:00 p.m. or thereafter :
Evening session (6:00pm - 10:00pm) to close*
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted during class
Classes will be cancelled and students should stay at our Centre until the conditions improve.
CANCELLATION BY THE TUTOR
- If a tutor is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we will provide a minimum notice of 24 hours to the student.
- Ascent Prep will work with the student to reschedule the lesson at a mutually agreed-upon time.
LATE ARRIVAL
- Students and tutors are expected to join the lesson on time.
- If a student arrives late to a lesson, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
- The tutor is not obliged to extend the lesson beyond the original lesson duration.
- If a tutor is more than 10 minutes late, the student may leave the class. The student will be credited for a replacement lesson to be arranged as soon as possible.
